Summary

The crime of sexual abuse of children is an odious action of the offender who is lead to this behaviour by a lot of motives. The recognition of behaviour and conduct of the offender before perpetration of the action, in its course and after the action is a task of the police executive who, with the help of typology, creates the offender’s criminal profile that helps the police to arrest a specific person.

Souhrn

Trestný čin pohlavního zneužívání dětí je ohavným skutkem pachatele, kterého k tomuto jednání vede mnoho motivů. Poznat jednání a chování tohoto pachatele před spácháním činu, v jeho průběhu a po trestném činu je úkolem policejního rady, který za pomocí typologie vytváří kriminální profil pachatele, jenž napomáhá přivést policii k zadržení konkrétní osoby.
